We provide dirt-work services including gravel driveway installation and repair, site preparation and grading, drainage solutions, excavation, and land clearing for residential and rural properties across central Indiana. The scope of any specific project is defined in the written estimate we provide.
On-site estimates are free. Pricing depends on the conditions of your property and the scope of the work. The price you agree to is documented in writing before any equipment moves. Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time of our visit; significant unforeseen conditions (for example, buried obstructions, failed sub-base, or rock) may require an adjusted quote, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
Dirt work depends on ground and weather conditions. Heavy rain, saturated ground, or frozen soil may delay scheduled work for quality and safety reasons. We will keep you informed and reschedule as conditions allow.
We accept cash, check, credit, and debit. Financing may be available through third-party platforms (such as Joist) for qualifying projects. Payment terms for your project will be stated in your estimate or invoice.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for identifying private utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, or other underground features not covered by public utility locating. Public utility locating is coordinated through Indiana 811 before excavation begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or improperly marked private lines.
We perform our work in a professional, workmanlike manner. Because dirt, drainage, and gravel work is affected by soil, weather, water flow, and ongoing use, we cannot guarantee against settling, erosion, weather events, or conditions outside our control. Any specific warranty will be stated in writing in your estimate. Except as expressly stated, our services are provided without other warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoosier Dirt & Gravel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
